  • Prepare Your Return: Ensure that the items you wish to return are in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip in the package.

  • Ship Your Return: Mail the package to the address provided by our customer support team, along with the RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items without their original tags and packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Products labeled as "Final Sale."

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 30 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
